Etna Bianco Carricante Blend

This might be one of the biggest values in dry white wine right now. This hits all the right spots. Delicious.

This wine has gotten way better in the 12-13-14 window. It's delicate and I want to say it's Riesling like, but it's really not. The bones of the wine are Mediterranean, and it speaks of a warm, sunny place, but with a grace that few mainland Italian whites achieve

Richly textured. layered compexity, mineral driven. Really nice wine. 2014 vintage

Mystifying how complete this is. Full bodied yet great acid, rocky texture and salinity balances off the malo to make this still driven and for light cuisine. Flavors of Pears, sliced apple, squeezed lemon, herbs, floral blossom and a kiss of honey to bind it together. Fantastic effort from Mt. Etna. Paired with fried cod and coleslaw

Bright, properly fruited, tasty acidity. I'd happily drink this weekly. This wine has gotten so much better in the past five vintages

W Indian food, perhaps not as minerally & slight rs makes it not best match. Still, quality juice from my fave area.

Much wood but nevertheless a joyfull wine

Medium plus acid, soft palate and ripe tree fruits. A little hot and out of balance

Linear with pretty white flowers and green fruits.
