Oh yeah! Raspberries, cherries, kiwi fruit and herbs on the nose. On the palate it’s Luxardo cherries and tart raspberries. Tongue smacking acid and medium tannins. Delicious!

Give this Nebbiolo more time. It has all the charm that comes with a balance of tar, raisins and berries, but it’s still a little disjointed. Great value, but you need to wait.

2012 vintage. James Suckling was right this is a very approachable “light” nebiolo. Nose is fruity with berries and lavender. Light flavor in the front of the palate.

A surprising combination of cherry and leather. Acidic mineral tones round off this modern wine. (Prepping truffle risotto, braised short ribs and a parsley gremolta in the background)

Hey! Some lovely Piemonte floral minerality, but smokey. Very nice.

Medium bodied, pale brick color with orange rim. Medium acidity with medium + tannins, dried cranberry, cherry. Spicy and feels green and herbal at the finish. 2 years in Slavonian oak, distinctive oaky notes but not overwhelming. i really liked it.
