Really worth the time to let it evolve in glass- the plumb notes deepen, some of the high pitch burns off.

Rustic, chalky minerality, wild fruit and great acid. Awesome food wine.

Deep and rich on the nose, whiffs of black fruit and minerals. Delicate mouth graphite and black currants. Night acidity softens the tannins. Lacks a statement finish.

Cherry, some violet, and some spice. Solid. Would be good with a ragu or a pizza.
