Quite fine and almost delicate for LBV. Dried floral notes, blueberry, tea. Nice drying finish. — 4 years ago
17.5. 20 year tawny is very special, and this one is luscious without being heavy. — 6 years ago
A delightfully mature nose with dried and fresh red fruit, loamy soil, allspice and hint of creamy vanilla. Palate is lively but tannins are gaining the upper hand. This most have been a monster in its youth. Cassis, cranberry, red cherry fruit mingle with lots of spice. Finish is had fresh and dried red fruit notes. It is missing just a bit of depth. This was a dynamite suggestion from the sommelier and a lovely match to the amazing interpretation of suckling pig. — 8 years ago

My 2nd favorite 20 yr behind Grahams. Ramos Pinto is good as well, but seems to have to bottle to bottle variability issues…. Taylor is a great standby at a good price. — 4 years ago
