An excellent aged Cabernet to go with a Scotch Fillet at the local pub in Sorrento on Boxing Day night. Domaine A is living proof that Tasmania does get enough sunshine to ripen Cabernet Sauvignon. All the classic Cabernet descriptors - Cassis Tomato bush, and Tobacco leaf to the fore here. Medium weight with resolving tannins. — a year ago

Cinquiemes Cru, Fifth growth Margaux very supple and approachable. I always pick a wine with the Chateau depicted on the label. Shows they are proud. Sir Winston Pub, Lille, France — 5 years ago
Not an ipa fan but I can appreciate this it really does have complex layers of flavor that really just sits on the tongue with a long finish got 3 cases at my place in California randomly just showed up — 9 months ago
Pretty deep ruby , narrow pink ruby rim . Deeper fruits , blackberry , blackcurrant and dark cherry , touch of spice . Sweeter fruits , blackberry , touch of blackcurrant , bacon fat , olive . Quite sweet tannin , ok acidity . Alcohol is slightly noticeable . Good length . This is just entering its drinking window , will continue to improve over the next 5 years and last a further 5-10.
