Danny is drinking solo as he has been since June (counting the days until cleared to drink again) — and comments include, “it gets better the colder it is; I like French and New Zealand SB more; it doesn’t have the acidity we are used to...” Most importantly, tonight we toast to Josie as we wrap our head around what 22 August will forever mean to us. Tastes like grapes. Doesn’t smell as inviting but the taste more than makes up for it. Label says dry but generally kind of sweet. Great, subtle, everything you want in a casual glass of wine. — 3 years ago
