Light, not too sweet, not too dry. Great with a light meal, tasted great with a steak. Nice to just sit and sip. — 3 years ago

Field blend of somewhat 14 varieties. 11% ABV. Lucid ruby. Aromatic summer strawberries, cherries, violets. Subtle smokiness. Salinity in the aftertaste entices to take big thirsty gulps. Very reminiscent of the Jura’s (l'Aigle a Deux Tetes) Trousseau. Ideal summer wine! — 8 days ago
