Quite light straw colour , green hints . Fresh and linear on the nose , touch of petrol then cool slate , honeysuckle, green apple , camomile, white flowers. On the palate this is quite light but intense , green apple , pear and wet slate , quite saline acidity , pretty good length . Still quite young , intense but weightless in style , probably will improve over the next 5 years , maybe more, and last well over the next 5. — 2 days ago

Slightly deeper colour than the Aurum , more lemon yellow . Quite aromatic with more yellow fruits , apricot , touch of peach , then some basalt , stony , crushed rocks . On the palate this is agaín quite intense, high acidity , light toasty note with same yellow fruits on the nose , orange rind . Long and saline , mineral on the finish . With more time in the glass this becomes even more intensely saline and mineral. From now and over the next 5 years , maybe more . Impressive . This is the Sur Lie with a mix of 3 vintages. — 2 days ago

On the nose, touch if. black pepper, green herbs, blackberries, black cherries, cherries, strawberries and dark fresh florals. Body is lean, fruits are not bright...slightly muted. Black berries, black cherries, strawberries, some black berries, raspberries, very unstated spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, power from dry crushed rocks, cola, red licorice, black soil, dry stems, high sharp acidity, lean but good fruit finish with fresh red florals. — 9 years ago
