Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 6 months ago
Deep purple in color; black cherries, vanilla, and cigar box on the nose; medium plus acidity, medium tannins; tastes like plums, cherries, and a hint of chocolate with a long finish. It's a little hot, but very drinkable. Nellie likes it. — 2 years ago
An Austin Hopes starter cab. Body, texture and flavors challenge much higher cabs at a fraction of cost.
Soft fruity and jammy, excellent! — 2 months ago
Mild tannins & mild vanilla.good with or without food. A very nice cab…our first Paso Robles cab — 9 months ago
Bordeaux blend. Deep dark red color. Aromas of sweet dark red fruits and cedar wood. Full bodied, with rich red fruit flavors, cedar, leather, and a little smoke. Dry with well integrated tannins and a long finish.
Very nice.

Very nice CA aromas & OK palate & finish. Suspect that the RS is 1-2%. Easy drinking red wine. — 6 months ago
Had side by side with Austin Hope cab and could barely taste a difference. Amazing value! — 2 years ago
Silky with hints of blackberry and leather. The nose is bright and the exhale is warm. review by @Austin Kleffman wife… Carolyn — 3 years ago

Stylistically similar to Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and fruit forward with loads of oak influences. Probaly slightly more jammy than Caymus, it also has a bit more minerality nuance.
Undeniably delicious and easy to drink, it might benefit from several more years of bottle age. — 15 days ago
