Silky red fruit. Surprisingly ripe. Blind I would call Côte d'Or. Not the most complex, but just delicious. — 6 years ago
2000 vintage. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot. Toasty, brioche, nutty, but still fresh. Apples and pears. Elegance and power. Delicious. — 8 years ago
bouquet is deep, complex and vibrant, offering up scents of apple, nectarine, a touch of hazelnut, patissière, a beautifully complex base of soil tones and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied and complex, with a fine core, lovely soil undertow, refined mousse, bright acids and fine focus and balance on the long, classy and wide open finish. — 8 months ago

A rounded delicious partner for neuvo-Filipino @Tabachoy. Sleek enough to play nicely with all the pork richness on the table. Hints of bread and white earth/flowers on the nose. Complete in every way. A great food wine. Nice thread of bubbles never harsh.

[55% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier.] Fresh apple aromas up front, some sweetness, lovely acidity and depth, long, lingering finish, very fine 1er Cru Champagne. — 2 months ago
