bouquet is deep, complex and vibrant, offering up scents of apple, nectarine, a touch of hazelnut, patissière, a beautifully complex base of soil tones and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied and complex, with a fine core, lovely soil undertow, refined mousse, bright acids and fine focus and balance on the long, classy and wide open finish. — 10 months ago
Silky red fruit. Surprisingly ripe. Blind I would call Côte d'Or. Not the most complex, but just delicious. — 6 years ago

A rounded delicious partner for neuvo-Filipino @Tabachoy. Sleek enough to play nicely with all the pork richness on the table. Hints of bread and white earth/flowers on the nose. Complete in every way. A great food wine. Nice thread of bubbles never harsh.
