Nice full body red with our veal Marsala. — 4 years ago
Nerello Mascalese in great shape. Young wine, vibrant tannins and crunchy fruit with high alcohol and very good acidity. Very good expression of Etna rosso. More, please. 🍷👍🏻😅 — 6 years ago

Really nice very light wine with surpingly strong tannin for it's light body. From the wine share — 5 years ago

1967... this bottle nearly brought tears to my eyes. It was absolute perfection. The nose was strong and poised, offering an tobasco core, strong olive juice notes, with pepper and savory spices but this ethereal sweetness that just makes you return for another whiff. This just kept giving and giving - layer upon layer of complexity. The body was absolutely wonderful with medium - acid and completely fully integrated tannins. This had a slightly balsamic feel to it (of course) and pairing with a vine ripened tomato and salt was out of this world. This was an incredible bottle and one which I will not easily forget. — 6 years ago
Delectable Wine

Crushed rocks, curry leaves and mint give way to dried strawberries as the 2021 Brut Rosé Metodo Classico slowly blossoms in the glass. Silky and enveloping, it quickly gains contrast through a saturation of salty minerals as nectarine notes swirl throughout. The 2021 leaves a salty flourish to linger, finishing with medium length and a green apple crunch. I love the complexity within this truly engaging Nerello Mascalese sparkler.
