Very cool and unique wine, nice to try it again. Pears, lemons, oyster shell, crushed rocks on the nose. Beautiful salinity on the palate. A little short and one dimensional but great@expression of terroir. reminds me of a Chablis. — 2 years ago

Field blend of somewhat 14 varieties. 11% ABV. Lucid ruby. Aromatic summer strawberries, cherries, violets. Subtle smokiness. Salinity in the aftertaste entices to take big thirsty gulps. Very reminiscent of the Jura’s (l'Aigle a Deux Tetes) Trousseau. Ideal summer wine! — 2 months ago
