There is much dark fruit on the nose, along with cigar box, leather, cedar and licorice. Nose: plums, dark cherry, tea, blackberry, dust. Color a little light for cab - but smells more refined than the color would suggest. Tastes good - smooth, medium weight, not as silky I would like - but nice flavors of cigar and graphite and some spice and mildly bitter herbs (bay?). Doesn’t have the weight or mouthfeel I prefer, but the flavors are definitely above average. I like it! Good deal at $14. — 3 years ago
