Earthy with notes of cherry and plum.
Well, balanced and delicious. Allowed to open up for 3 to 4 hours. — a month ago

Took like two hours to show me what she’s made of. Damn. Hurry up. Maybe she wanted to lay down for like , I dunno , ten years but who has that kind of time? Finally interesting when she warmed up to what’s going on. Thanks for shyness Paolo - you made me wonder — 2 days ago

Tuscan red blend from Costco. Had it alongside Friendsgiving. Phil and I both liked it. — 7 days ago
Pours a copper-gold color that will immediately make you wonder if this has been oxidized, but apparently that's the style. Like their reds, they seem to turn everything up to 11 in Montefalco.
After decanting in the glass, aromas of toffee, white flowers, almonds, bitter oranges, and minerals. Very funky and interesting, but not something I'd hand innocent wine drinkers. — a month ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of blend of 60% Carricante, 25% Catarratto, 10% Grecanico and 5% Minnella, aged in French oak for 10 months. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits adding honeysuckle blossom. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot and lemon citrus with creamy vanilla wrapped in generous acidity, long finish ending with wet stone minerality. Nice! — 3 days ago
