Inky in color with a purple rim.
Strong nose of chocolates, light cedar, vanilla, blackberries, cooked black plums, dried figs, raisins, Mediterranean spices, dark coffee, herbs, light earth and black pepper.
Full bodied and spicy with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, spices, vanilla, licorice, light alcohol, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, dark coffee and peppercorn.
Spicy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 8-year-old Israeli Malbec is drinking beautifully now. Big and juicy. Spicy and tangy.
Peaking now and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years. I had the 2014 a year ago and it was even better.
This Single Vineyard Malbec is showing good balance with a nice mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine.
100% Malbec grapes are grown in the upper Galilee region at 2,200 feet of elevation. Aged for 15 months in French Oak barrels. Kosher and non Mevushal.
15.5% alcohol by volume.

1993 vintage from three liter bottle. 31 year old wine drinking fantastic now. This is the reason one ages good wine!! — 4 months ago
This impressive Cabernet-dominant blend would be Bordeaux-style except for the splash of Petite Sirah in the mix. It is medium bodied, with blueberry and pepper spice. There’s a bit of a licorice or anise flavor to the finish, which kept me sipping! We enjoyed this with a traditional Irish corned beef and cabbage.
