A dry and textural citrusy floral Vermentino blend from Victoria, Australia! The Chalmers family is doing amazing things with Italian grapes grown in Aus — this wine is packed with apples, limes, grapefruit, and some white flowers/ honeysuckle. It’s bright and food-friendly — great for #girldinner — 2 years ago
We had the rose…it was funky and good. Almost sour beer like. — 5 years ago
Juicy, delicious, a ton of weird funky tastes, barnyard, minerals, orange zest. — 7 years ago
Best value Chard in Aus — 7 years ago
Dezenter Holzeinsatz. — 8 years ago

Kloster Eberbach Baiken Riesling Trocken 2011 (Gutsabfüllung aus dem Cabinetkeller, Rheingau)
Big, complex nose with lovely (although far from finished) maturity (petrol, struck match, butter). There’s also honey and ripe yellow fruit (and lots of it).
Wine is intensive on palate with a high, singing acidity. Nice mix of concentrated tropical fruits, spice and maturity notes such as honey, petrol, which makes the palate even more complex than the nose. Finish is long and like nectar.
With all the mature notes sitting in the first seat along with a high acidity - I would really like to try it again with some mature hard cheese. — 7 years ago

Wow. I was lucky enough to return home to aus, go through my wine collection, and see that the 2000 Coonawarra Merlot needed to be drunk right now. The cork had broken before we were able to get it out, but it's still an amazing drop. Just wow. It's one of the best Cabernet Merlots I've had here in Australia. We make fucking great wine. Looking forward to getting my hands on a fre mire. We enjoyed this with Charcuterie and cheese from Australia.
Medium bodied red with a beautiful velvet finish in my mouth. Get your hands on this gem. — 3 years ago
