From a producer based in Peru’s Sacred Valley, hence the cervecería name. Great amber color with a plentiful nose. Light-medium body. Not as heavy as most IIPA’s I’ve tasted from the USA or Europe. ABV% tasted more like 7.3% than 9.3% but that’s always the trap with this style, isn’t it? Based on this, I’d hit this again and/or look to try other styles from this producer. 9.11.24. — 18 days ago
