Château Des Trois Tours

Château Les Trois Croix

Fronsac Red Bordeaux Blend 2016

A blend of mostly Merlot with a little Cabernet Franc, deep ruby red color with a bouquet of dark black fruit, and a slight herb nose, aged for 12 months in oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry, currant and cherry, with licorice and herbs. Fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and a touch of earthy mineral notes. — 21 days ago

This ain’t Rayas. Would be great at $20, but the pedigree has this way overpriced these days. — a month ago

@Matt Austin “pricing by association “ has become a joke.

Damn Fine on the palette with a warm, dark finish!
Great for any occasion with friends or… treasure it on your own!

Trois Cépages Arbois Pinot Noir Blend 2014

Would not have expected this to age this well but nice loamy soil tones to complement the tart red fruit — 4 months ago

Fantastic. Touch of pear and apple, a hint of brioche, elegant bubbles, piercing acidity. — 4 months ago

It was a really nicely aged vintage champagne. And probably better the next day!
