767 cases made. Battonage twice a week for first 2 months then once a week. 5 months on the lees.
Elderflower, lime pith, grapefruit, gooseberries and guava.
Herbaceous with slight tropical fruit.
Crisp, crisp, crisp acidity with only 11 % alcohol by volume.
Bring on the fresh oysters.

1 hour decant(some chunky/fine sediment). A striking dark ruby red color. On the nose: jumping from the glass is ripe dark fruit, currants, mint, floral, wet forest floor, truffles, and some roasted meat. Taste: smooth, soft, silky, seductive wine with plum/cherry, earth, cedar, minerals, and a medium plus smokey spiced chocolate finish. YUM! — 5 months ago
