Liked a lot. From Haskell’s box, our second red Bordeaux. Medium body with some but not marked tannins, is mainly a Merlot blend with less Cabernet from this region I think. — 5 months ago

This wine is composed of 56% Merlot, 23% Syrah, and 21% Cabernet Franc. The longer it stayed in my glass, the better it tasted. It has pronounced aromas of dark plum, dark cherry, and blackberry, along with a hint of pepper and some spiced herbs. The wine is complex, well-rounded, and balanced, featuring smooth tannins and a long finish. — 5 days ago
Wow a treat! Color is a dark beautiful cranberry. On the nose: essence of dark fruit and sweet floral jump from the glass with primary notes of roasted meat, wet forest floral and subtle chocolate mint. Taste: silky smooth and luscious coating the palate with red fruit, cedar, earthy soil, crushed rock and minerals with a medium plus spice dark chocolate finish. Yummy for sure and wonderful way to start off the first Friday of the new year!! — 5 months ago
Wonderful food wine. Nice acidity, great balance with some honeycomb notes — 2 years ago
2018 vintage. Last tasted 6.11.24 (9.3), 2.18.22 (9.2) and 10.20.21 (9.2). Just getting better and better. From the peeps that deliver Le Pin and L'If. Absolutely shredding for the QPR. Picking it up at under $30 USD a btl. Unavailable locally so hadda undergo a quest/journey to pick up a decent amount. Quest/journey is about to start yet again...04.15.25. — a month ago
1985 vintage. A nice surprise and another testimony to the ageing potential of the great 1985 vintage. Still a solid colour at 37 years old. Smoke and cedar wood, good concentration of dried fruits and spices. There is complexity and length, well worth seeking out if you like older wines. — 2 years ago

The nose is vibrant and inviting, with bright red fruits woven with hints of baking spice, dried thyme, and a touch of bramble. The palate shows a darker, earthier profile than the fragrant bouquet suggests, yet the fruit remains intense and lively. Tannins are supple but persistent, lending a juicy, grippy texture that lingers.
Lovely Nebbiolo/Barbera blend. — a day ago
