Dry, pear apple with cranberry tones. — a month ago
Never disappoints. Beautiful melange of red fruit, earth, spice and acidity. Full of power but not heavy. As good as some Grand cru’s . Coteaux Champenois is never inexpensive but this has become very pricey . Granted I have not had a large number of still champagne but I have enjoyed the journey. This one is widely considered the king of the hill. — 25 days ago

One of our absolute favorites. Light and living and just effervescent with lemon curd and clean starfruit and just enough acid to keep the structure together. Incredibly delicate and a well done balancing act to get these flavors to exist with just enough yeast to reflect the lees. Absolutely delightful. — 23 days ago
