Dunno how long the show will go but fabulous now and without any significant speed bumps/humps. So this really never mellowed. Stayed pretty hot.. I think this could sit a while longer. Hopeful but when I drink a 2012 Ciacci Piccolomini, it's ready. So I don't know.
