Very muted in the nose… hardly anything at first, fresh saltiness, barely a hint of green apple & lemon peel. And yet, fresh & enticing.
And then, on the palate this sings! Simply beautiful! With a touch of roundness & creaminess on the palate but also vibrant acidity, salinity, stony minerality. Ripe yellow apple & lemon. Vibrant, juicy and quite complex. Great depth & length.

A light and pure red blend with raspberry notes. Tastes like a sweet Pinot Noir except more full-bodied. A refreshing change from a typical Malbec or Cabernet. — 9 months ago

21 years old. I had my doubts and it poured nearly brown but shockingly the tannins and acidity kept it all together. Definitely past its prime but still a compelling drink. — 12 days ago
