Although a Chianti it had a lot of Barolo / Nebbiolo characteristics, perhaps in part due to aging: rose, leather, strawberry. Tannins hit the side of the mouth. Optimal drinking period once the bottle was open was pretty short, also perhaps due to age. — 4 months ago

Well this is quite an interesting wine, opened up after an hour. Perfumed nose with white tea notes, peach, coconut, nuts and flowers.
In the mouth very full and round. Sweet, sour and some bitter tones. Even some salted licorice. — 3 years ago
