Had this in 2015, why I opened so soon 🤷🏼‍♂️? Rookie mistake. The extra 10 years has made a huge difference. It has the stuffing for another decade at least.

Blend of 78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Sémillon, pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with white floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, pear and lemon citrus notes with good balance, crisp medium finish ending with fruit and stony mineral notes. Nice value! — a year ago
