Soft and bubbly, apple champagne. Flavorful but subtle enough that it can be paired as a desert wine. — 6 years ago
These always get better with age. The “sharpness” of the fruit and tannins melt away and the wine is so much more harmonious — 6 months ago
Strange and fantastic. Smoky, meaty, quite tart and delicious. — a year ago
Nice amber beer. Nice and malty. Reminded me of Yuengling. — 6 years ago

Eric Bordelet is the acknowledged Cider Master from the Loire valley in Normandy (Mayenne). The colour of amber beer. This cider is made from a blend of 19 apple varieties including bitter, sweet and acidic varieties. Aromas of mouldy apple (unsurprisingly) Palate is intense yet refreshing with stewed apple and low acid. Fine bubbles. Only 6% ABV and very enjoyable. — 3 days ago
