Glen Scotia 28 SMWS Blackadder’s Cosmic Tardis - love the nose which has a hint of peat. Reminds me of my grandfathers pipe tobacco in the can. It is wow in the palate. Cosmic Little Thing (Hazy-Double) IPA {Sierra Nevada}
Peachy-pear colored soup with a sugar-white, neoprene porcini underside for a corona. Ocularly challenged swamp blobs connote a slimy, runic, nebulous, message long lost to the galactic decay. The nose is bananas. Plantain, papaya, passion fruit, tangerine, creamy peach, dried apricot, coconut, candied lemon and candied lime. Lively mouthfeel of bursting stars and stardust shimmer before expressing a creamy lemon curd, and ripe pineapple pudding in a glinting chainmail shroud that melts into oblivion. Yellow watermelon orange, border of opacity. Loose, bright, white foam. Suddenly enough, none, but fast and oily brain grooves and amorphous blob-people trace out the forlorn and droopy lacings. Cheer up! The nose is full of concentrated tangerine zest, with look-alive lime, and lemon scented sunshine glinting off of shattered space debris. There is something so ‘dessicated lemon’ here, with a lambic-balsam edge, but also gasoline and lemongrass-white pepper. Anomalistic. Tasty sour pear, grapefruit, and funky golden plum all burst in sour unison, leaving pineapple to prickle amidst the pieces, and apricot shows ripely, timely and dedicatedly sweet, perhaps even slightly dried. Really amazing and complex, seamless without becoming divergent or clunky. Elysian Phaze Dust Imperial Hazy IPA
Golden to antique-gold base, loopy head of white reflecting said. Galactic nebulae suggesting horse heads in clover beds. Banana and pineapple lead the tropical bouquet with marigold and cherry side swipes. Orange, lemon, tangerine, lime and sticky nettle inundates. Lively mouthfeel marries the piney bits to the lemon and adds grapefruit in abundance, stinging the taste buds, and blinding them to the supernovae of lime and lemongrass and green mango to follow. There is cantaloupe bobbing like a rogue planet in the cosmic soup, and seed-bitter citrus background radiation, but the core of pineapple remains. Nice interstellar sojourn.

Coffee black-brown with auburn glinting, cappuccino crema swirled tête. Weasel vs Mantis lacing with crawdad implications. Reishi mushroom and wood ear nose emanate as lace turns to cosmic fox. Palate is browned wheat roll, and pecans with lemon zest. Nutty and refreshing.

Gooden amber with tan and full opacity, festive bubbling, cotton-white head holds its ring but dissipates to cosmic swirl/rearing dragon. Alpine winter lacing, always making its way home. Yeasty with candied pineapple, grapefruit, baked apple, lime. Lime continues on palate through an apple vinegar mist, lemon peel, dried persimmon, quince and white pepper. Stunner.
