On the nose, the wine is developing with wonderful notes of Granny Smith apple, passion fruit, grilled pineapple, white flowers, lemon cake, fine spices and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and laden with chalky minerals. The texture is creamy. Unbelievable quality. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of cassis, violets, horse blanket, poblano pepper, graphite and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid.
