Nose is stunning, baby Chassagne 1er Cru all the way: green apple skin, green apple flesh, white flowers, lime zest, lime flesh, and that clean Burgundian mineral snap. Palate is unreal: concentrated, savory, juicy, nimble, elegant, pure, bright, and mouthwatering. A little savory pull on the finish, with terrific length and energy. This is Chassagne Premier Cru quality, and I will die on that hill. After a few hours the finesse is off the charts. Stunning wine. 9.5 to 9.6. — 2 months ago
This was interesting... Imagine swishing rusted nails in blackberry juice and taking a healthy sniff and sip. I hope you’re up to date on your Tetanus shot, because this bag of metal will punch you in the throat…in a good way. Pair with something lightly flavored. — 4 years ago

Earthy with cherry and light raspberry. Light carbonic phenols that open up as it sits in the glass. Nice — 4 years ago
Buttery, high acidity, pungent and flavorful. Pairs nicely with seafood. — 5 years ago
겟올라잇 대표님이 주심 ㅎㅎ 탄산도 아주 좋고 단맛도 많이 없고 탄닌도 없고 무난하게 참 괜찮은 와인 :) — 6 years ago
Character of Reisling but the acidity and minerality is a touch overwhelming. Assyrtiko be like that but I’d like a touch more balance — 7 years ago
New vintage of Daou’s signature Malbec blend. A bit edgy at first but smooth and dense and full of dark fruit with some air. 50% Malbec, with the balance Cab Franc and Petit Verdot. — 6 days ago
Når det kommer til champagne, er jeg åbenbart meget basic. 🤷♂️ — 4 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2021 “Dionysos” pours a deep ruby/purple color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of cassis, violets, horse blanket, poblano pepper, graphite and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Fresh, funky, delicious Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2031. — 5 months ago

Big oak in 400-liter barrels, but killer. Oak perfume, juicy and complex, deep, deep, deep, with lovely tannins. — 20 days ago
