Medium+ body, high acid, with notes of tart cherry, leather, baking spices, and tobacco. Paired great with Osso Buco. — 2 months ago
The nose is intense, intense, ripe cherry, almond, black tea, soy sauce, this is complex and inviting. The palate is acid driven, showing some young and lively tannins, but it's rich, broad, with some matter on the side, cherries and black tea notes, a bowl of a mid palate with that tannic effect, and a long tannic finish with cherry, a tiny salty, savoury note, some black tea and a bit of a zing thzt lasts for a good minute. Good stuff — 20 days ago
Random pick, went very well with vegetable marinara cannelloni. Violet and herb nose. Definitely a food wine. Light lingering finish. — a month ago
Medium-deep ruby color.
Aromas of bacon bits, cherry, peppercorn.
Dry. Flavors of peppercorn, dried cherry, charred meat, leather, earth. Rich, chewy tannins.

Love this type of wine. Nuanced and elegant, every sip revealing something new while the wine evolves in the glass. Wine making at its best. — 5 days ago
