Sooooo good! Enjoying these Santenay wines! For a 2018 I feel like it’s right where you want this wine to be. — 8 months ago
Nez typique de cerise avec des épices douces, bouche soyeuse peut-être un peu large mais très bien — 2 months ago
Technically sound and classic in style, though it doesn’t quite deliver the excitement one might expect from this famed vineyard. On the nose, aromas of red and black fruits, violets, forest floor, earthy tones, subtle spice, and a touch of meaty savoriness. Mid-weight and silky on the palate, with an underlying stoniness. Elegant and admittedly enjoyable, but it honestly doesn’t fully showcase the pedigree of its origin, which aligns with my broader experience of this producer’s wines. — 4 months ago
I thought this was much better than the pro reviews suggest. It isn’t the most complex or interesting but fruit and tannins in a great place. Round and delicious. I think a crowd pleaser. — 8 months ago

This 2021 is nearly perfect and delivers true Burgundian finesse at a fairly affordable price point ( about $40). It’s the real think with fresh stems and underbrush, allspice and terra cotta with a sharp clean red berry fruit. — 2 years ago

another reason to LOVE the 2022 vintage from Burgundy ~ @domaineberthelemot might have bottled the clearest looking and cleanest tasting Corton Charlemagne I’ve encountered ~ it has richer notes of honeysuckle, biscuit & a hint of vanillin, but it blossoms w lime, kiwi, peach, apricot and the faintest crushed stone sensation towards the finish ~ this is a “bring to the beach bottle” or “poolside w a seafood soirée sipper!” — 16 hours ago
