First encounter, two importers collaboration with Gerard Gauby. Yellow golden color and slight oxidation overlaid with stones white flowers carrying through to somewhat salty savory lively palate and finish. 54/27/10/6/3 Sauvignon Macabeu Grenache Blanc Chardonnay and miscellaneous. — 5 years ago
Wow, really impressed. We opened this a couple nights ago with homemade French onion soup - it was beautiful, and paired very well. I’ve never had an aged white wine with such an amber, almost pink, color but such a youthful nose and flavor. Still has great acidity. It seems the short maceration time really contributed a special aspect for this one. — 6 years ago

Interesting - nice fruit and spice, subtle body, very drinkable and usually not my style — 8 years ago
Oooh that’s good. Smells good and tastes good. ‘Nuff said!! Coming down to see you tomorrow @Todd Abrams I need to invest in the Gauby. — 8 years ago

Catalane, but from same grape used widely in white Riojas — 4 years ago
Ripe, fruit nose of old-vines grenache gris and blanc; dense palate of citrus and melon with a salty-edge to the mineral-tinged, full finish. On par with Domaine Gauby? — 8 years ago

Fab blend, I LOVE THIS WINE — 9 years ago
Lemon peel and green apple and little grass on the nose. Palate confirms the nose but addition of underripe pear and a purple floral note. Minerality. Round, tiny butter/creamy structure to finish. Great with pasta — 10 years ago
