Green apples. Bright, light clean crisp finish — 2 months ago
Exceptional. Our guests loved this from the first sip. this wine paired beautifully with with the salty latkes and sour cream appetizers we served. It was just as magnificent with roast salmon, and a butternut squash with maple-Serrano glaze. Depth, brightness and all-around delicious. — 5 months ago

A grand cru BdB that’s usually a blend of 2 vintages. The latest release is 66% from 2018 and 34% from 2017.
Nice mix of stone fruit and citrus fruit, bread dough, white flower, and light ginger spice on the aromatic nose. Would like a bit more entry on the soft delicate palate. 5g/l dosage is about right for my taste. — 6 months ago
Lime and citrus notes with saline notes. Inspired by a recent note @Ira Schwartz about a delicious Chablis he had. Oak has been thoroughly absorbed. I haven’t had many Chablis from Les Clos but lived up to its exalted status. See previous Delectable note. Great with fresh Pacific Oysters. — a month ago
Nice blend, semi-sweet, hint of cherry, paired well with duck. — 5 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2010 pours a light straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart tropical fruits: star fruit, passion fruit, lightly toasted brioche, and gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and absolutely loaded with minerals. The texture is notable as starts creamy and then seems to thin out. This leans heavily towards its structure; almost to the point of austerity. Needs and air and food to unlock its best. Drink now through 2035. — 5 days ago
