Day 3 lean but refreshing. Quince & apple with a hefty bouquet. 12.5% alc. — 2 years ago
Nice notes of melon and vanilla with balanced acidity and a mineral touch — 3 years ago
Deep purple with light rim gradation. Initial funky nose disappeared shortly after pouring. Great aromas, collapsed tannins, dark fruit. This tastes rather like an older rioja with some herbs lacing the nose. Medium-short finish--this is on the downward slope. Drink up. — 7 years ago

As someone else noted, a rare bottle of a super rare red grape from Burgundy called “Cesar” (10 hectares in the world) — very dark color, rich, dark fruits, some noticeable structure, this needs 3-5 years aging to settle down, a great “stump your wine friends” wine!! — a year ago
