Nice notes of melon and vanilla with balanced acidity and a mineral touch — 4 years ago
Deep purple with light rim gradation. Initial funky nose disappeared shortly after pouring. Great aromas, collapsed tannins, dark fruit. This tastes rather like an older rioja with some herbs lacing the nose. Medium-short finish--this is on the downward slope. Drink up. — 9 years ago

One of my favorite roses. Keeping up with the vintages. I'll be buying this through the summer. Up front acid and a nice finish, — 11 years ago

As someone else noted, a rare bottle of a super rare red grape from Burgundy called “Cesar” (10 hectares in the world) — very dark color, rich, dark fruits, some noticeable structure, this needs 3-5 years aging to settle down, a great “stump your wine friends” wine!! — 3 years ago
