Awesome. Leather, mineral. — 11 days ago
1 hour decant(decent fine/cloudy sediment). A majestic dark ruby red color. On the nose: enticing areomatics jump from the glass with dark fruit, currants, musty forest floor, smoked meat, chocolate espresso. Taste: silky smooth, deep, intense mouthcoating wine with dark cherry/blackberry, earth, dark chocolate, and a long black pepper espresso finish. YUM! — 10 days ago
Wow. Fantasy bottle. — a month ago
2009 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 2 hours. Medium body. Concentrated, initial richness in the frontal palate. Mid-palate riding that richness into the ground and coffee grounds, earth and baking chocolate-laced tannins bringing this into the end-palate rodeo. 04.26.25. — 2 months ago
This was rich and delicious especially with a tasty steak kabob. — a month ago
As a nod to Karen (who some will remembered worked at Louis M. Martini decades ago—and is the nicest and best person to ever work in the wine industry) we opened this for my birthday. Paired it with a Tri Tip. It was a nice pairing. Good cab. It was better a couple years ago but still nice to drink for a special occasion. — 2 months ago

Boom! From the first sip - this wine was explosive and delicious.
Dark and black fruits come out and then lend to some red fruit and while it has good depth, this wine is very smooth.
Seems like it’s in the drinking window — a day ago
