First Dinner out in a while!!

Raspberry color. Minerals, dirt, and bright fruit on the nose. Wine has medium depth and nice tannins. Actually lived up to its description on the menu. Medium finish.

Quite brown and oxidative despite perfect cork. Plummy, licorice, dark chocolate, interesting secondary flavors and good amount of tannins left. High 14.5%. In a perfect spot but at the end its life. So yes drink up. — 4 months ago
