Haven’t had this wine in a minute and it’s just as good as I remember. Perfect weeknight dinner or backyard cookout wine. Kirsch and raspberry fruit lead the way, with some sly stony, slate-like minerality in the back half of the palate. Soft and fresh. — 2 months ago

Medium plus ruby in color; black cherries, raspberries, and tabacco on the nose; high acidity, high tannins; tastes like candied cherries, hibiscus, and crushed gravel with a long finish. Nellie likes it, and so do I. — a month ago

Had 2020 at Wine Spectator event and it was delicious. $15 a bottle — a month ago
Deep Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of dark berry fruits, cacao, sweet spice and herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and black plum with cacao, vanilla, black pepper and earthy notes. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, sweet spice and earthy mineral character. Nice! — a month ago
