100% Tempranillo, from La Horra, one of the best zones in Ribera del Duero, Ceres is named after the greek goddess of agriculture and fertility, aged for 12 months in French and American oak, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits and clean spice. Palate shows flavors of red berry fruits, spice, floral and licorice notes, vivid acidity. Fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with spice, fruit and earthy character. Nice! — a year ago
Where to begin? Wow! I allready drank a lot of Riesling in my life but this wine is like entering heaven (I suppose….). A nose to die for and a a perfect balanced sweetness and bitterness in the mouth. No hurry at all. This 34 years old Goddess wine has a long life ahead. — 4 years ago
