Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, dark cherry , ripe plum, vanilla, forest floor, oak, leather, truffle, spice, chocolate. On the palate, full bodied and elegant. Complex with an Extensive finish. Dark ruby purple. Abundant inviting nose of woody blueberry cobbler. Full-bodied palate confirms the nose with a bit of creme fraiche. Fine dusty tannins. Medium acidity. Long, luxurious, black velvet finish. Grilled or roasted meats are the friends of this big, dark Tempranillo. Lamb or game would work particularly well.
