This 7 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from California is drinking very nicely now. Easy drinking, tangy and interesting. A good sipping wine.
Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes in the glass.
Good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with barbecue meats. I paired it with a baked Brie cheese.
Kosher and Mevushal.
14% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Wonderful honey aromas on the nose, along with some nice whiffs of citrus. The palate, of course, was sweet, though not sugary. Honeyed flavors of orange, peach, and apricot dominate. Not the sort of wine you'd have everynight, though a marvelous apértif or even dessert on a special occasion. 100% Orange Muscat. 7/3/22. — 4 years ago

This particular Cab Sauv is made with grapes left for a prolonged period of time on the vines to boost ripeness and combines Napa Valley floor and some other sub-AVA’s. Aging process goes for up to 18 months in French oak barrels.
A very expressive wine, still young but already showing its depth and rich and aromatics tones mulberry and blackberry, on the palate feel warm, potent, dynamic and tannins are solid but not aggressive. Some sediments and texture were present as a result of lightly filtered which give a distinguishing character.
This is a Mevushal version, that is equivalent to drinking a good non-Kosher Cab Sauv. It may resonate on everyone. — 6 months ago
Cherry, currant, raspberry, blackberry, mossy earth and oak. Medium-bodied and velvety tannins. — 5 months ago
Typical California Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley, Sonoma. Buttery, creamy, vanilla-driven and oaky on the nose thanks to its fermentation and aging process for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Definitely shows expression of the Russian River Valley's distinctive climate that provides lime and tropical fruits with some camomile and other white flowers to most of Chard’s sourced from there. The savory notes mixed with ripen apricot and baked pineapple makes it really refreshing and interesting. A bit toasty to my preference, but appreciate its weight and intensity on the finish and general decent overall as a mouthfeel. — 6 months ago

This is a very tasty 9 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Lake County in California. Fruit forward and spicy.
Good right out of the bottle, and gets earthier and spicier as it opens up.
I had this vintage 5 years ago and it is drinking so much better now. Will not improve from this point on, so drink up.
