Smoky aroma, strong tobacco taste on its own, balances out when paired with lamb or a fatty / oily meal. — 3 years ago
Delicious! I absolutely love this wine and the people at Holloran! Visit this tasting room if you’re in the area! This Riesling is refreshing and dry, with tropical fruit notes, and a bit of delicious minerality to it. — 6 years ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of bright citrus and tropical fruit with floral notes. On the palate flavors of peach, apple and lemon citrus fruit, some honeysuckle tones with lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, citrus zest, herb floral spice and crisp chalky mineral notes. Nice!! — 3 months ago
I adore this. Beautifully aromatic and structured, but very silky and only 13% abv.
Aged 18 months in french oak (8% new), this shows rose petal, hibiscus, cherry, cranberry, apple skin, blood orange, rhubarb, black tea, walnut, and spice. Has now had five hours of air and is perfectly in stride. Their website says drink through 2038, and I won’t argue with that. 482 cases made. Biodynamic. — 10 months ago

This Pinot noir changed my mind about both Pinot noirs and Oregon wines. My first impression was that it was bolder than most Pinot noirs, but it has a nice medium finish. — 5 years ago

Drank with Thanksgiving dinner at Marks. Fruitier end of Oregon Pinot, but really good with the meal. Mark smoked the turkey after lathering it in mayo. A trick he learned from a local BBQ pit boss. First time the white meat has ever been better (juicy and tender) than the dark). — 15 days ago
