A nice example of a fairly obscure varietal. It worked better with my tuna entrée than with Bonnie’s rack of lamb. I think it needs a bit more aging. — a month ago
2013 at top level continues to drink fabulously, and Mugnier’s Fuées, a magical vineyard and essentially a southern extension of Bonnes Mares, is stunning today on pnp (although last sips were the best) wafting layers of sweet strawberry-rhubarb, sous bois, rose petals, game and smoky minerals. It’s liquid velvet in the mouth with an energetic spine of cool minerality and balanced acids adding freshness and focus to its delivery. It’s simply a beguiling combination of power and elegance and a superb expression of the vintage. — 2 months ago

Amazing consistency, oxidative notes with apricots and apple cider. On the palate, green apples , sherry notes and citrus zest. What separated the bottles were the various levels of freshness. All were enjoyable but none had that “wow” factor. My rating is a composite. — 16 hours ago
