My first sauzet and definitely won’t be my last. Refreshing lemon zest hint of white flowers and lime. I’m a fan. — 4 months ago

Château Baron Bellevue

Côtes de Bourg Red Bordeaux Blend 2020

Agreeable high QPR #bordeaux - Purple, black fruit nose, touch of warming spice. Robust acidity leading on palate, chocolate notes, drinks less fruity than the nose, some chewy tannins that build on the finish. The tannins and acidity suggest this $15 wine would be great after another 3 - 4 years. #côtesdebourg — 2 months ago

Château Bellevue

Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Castillon Red Bordeaux Blend 2016

First sip was incredibly smooth. Gave Chelsey the remaining wine from the bottle after decanting and she said it tasted like it'd be good on ice cream.

First sip from the decanter was smooth and luscious. Not my all time favorite wine but I'll certainly never turn it down.

Ulysse Collin

Extra Brut Le Jardin d'Ulysse Pinot Noir Blend 2015

The first edition of Jardin d'Ulysse, based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in 2021 has aged beautifully in bottle. It’s really picked up intensity and generosity since it was first released. It definitely needs air, in fact, I’d have it open an hour or so in advance. It’s a taut, racy rendition with a stunningly silky texture while simultaneously rich with just the slightest oxidative complexity that’s beginning to build and only adding to its attraction. Its floral, spice and citrus inflicted aromatics are layered between its chalky mineral core and the palate is chiseled, full bodied, satiny and concentrated, with structure built to age. It’s only going to get better. Love these wines 🙌🏻 — 8 months ago
