This one starts off a bit rough to me compared to the Muni which is much more refined imho but it worked with the second half of the dinner where the flavors were stronger and could hold up to it. — a month ago

Bosc pears, golden apples, and white chocolate.
Rich and ripe mouth feel with a long, creamy finish.
Well balanced.
We had Gindara (Sablefish) roasted next to a charcoal fire with grated daikon.
