Holy bleep! Haven't seen any Kalin stuff in ages. R.I.P. Terry Kalin. Microbiologist that made solid bubbles, red and especially whites. Think the Semillon or Potter Valley Sauvignon Blancs may have been his consistently best wines. When the chards hit, tho, they opened your eyes as to the possibility of CA chard. Lucky ducky!

@David L I had some Kalin chards from the 80s recently and they were (2/3) still going strong. The Vineyard for this Kalin chard is right down the street from me but they have no winery. Lucky enough, the upscale Chinese restaurant downtown has the Kalin wines by the glass all the time.
