This is Chuprahopra IPA from Twisted X Brewing Co out of Dripping Springs TX. Again I will say that I love how the Embassy Suites chooses a couple of local craft brews to serve at their hotels. This one is pretty good, but as an IPA sort of stops short. This is not an IBU monster. Has a very good malt flavor, but the hop is a little bit attenuated. Enjoyed after a long day. — 6 years ago

Excelente.
Two thumbs Up of white wines, taste like pear or soft lemon; something mineralized and sweet without been upset true, but refreshing and I'm enjoying it while I watch for the umpteenth time sky protector Sheltering Sky (Bertolucci) by Paul Bowles and the adventures in Algerian hotels where there is no running water. Excellent. — 6 years ago
Still my favorite Zin. Day of ups and downs. Wanted to go to Bottlerock, it was sold out. Then saw Brown was a sponsor. Called our wine club rep and they have tickets!!! Holding them for us! Looked for flights and hotels and it seems nearly impossible to justify the trip. I just need to keep drinking Brown until I come up with a fiscally responsible plan! — 8 years ago
Ramisco varietal, borne in a sand terroir of Portugal region beginning to be overrun by hotels. It simply has become a favorite wine quickly; not cheap( about 40$ & up, usually they are 500ml bottles), gains in intensity with air. Fine grained tannins, wild red berries, lithe acidity. Low alcohol & has the rep for long range storage. God, I love this stuff. Very rare wine too, which of course adds to the allure. — 5 years ago
@Delectable Wine this is Southerleigh Brewery Texas Uncommon Ale - microbrewery from San Antonio TX. It was not in the database.
A very nice strong ale. Has a very rich malty front with bitter chocolate and mint and a hint of brown sugar. Finishes with a little bit of a hop bite, but overall this beer is delicious. A nice find at the hotel bar! Always good to see the area hotels supporting the local crafts! Very well done!! — 6 years ago

Opened after lugging in and out of hotels and buses for a week after Barcelona. Light Ruby color, interesting funky sour cherries and berries, acidic lively on palate and finish. First taste of Sumoll. 11.5 ABV. Back label Finca Trias, sustainable grape growing, 1014/1427 bottles. Too acidic for Ho. Held up well in Cali style plastic water bottles for several days, perhaps even showing depth pointing to agility and aging potential. Upping by a point. — 2 years ago
