Pale yellow with a touch of green. Smells like lime zest and papaya. Tastes like minerals, sea salt with a lingering pomelo aftertaste. — 8 months ago
60% in French oak. Lively butter biscuit nose. Pale colour, not very acidic on the palate but a nice balance and a long buttery finish — 2 years ago
Good balance. Easy and enjoyable to drink. Mineral, lots of citrus and stone fruit- orange, mandarin, white peach and yellow plum. Great value. Would be a crowd favorite anywhere. — 4 years ago
golden yellow , copper tinge . Quite open exuberant nose , orange rind , honeysuckle, saffron , ginger , marmalade . Intense marmalade , orange peel on the palate , quite rich and intense but well balanced by high acidity. Long balanced , zesty intense finish . Drinking well now and over the next 5-8 years . — 17 days ago

Pilotaje muy balanceado y. Suave. — 5 months ago
Medium lemon yellow . Touch smoky and honied on the nose , lemon tart , baked apple , ripe pear , and a steely element . Quite rich on the palate but with vibrant acidity and good backbone . Quite intense and with good length , well balanced alcohol . Lemon , pear , baked apple , honeysuckle with a creamy texture but saline , chalky finish . I would imagine that this can age quite well , another 5-10 years perhaps . — 8 months ago
