A tasty chateauneuf du pape inspo bursting with ripe berry flavors, some spice and a nice medium finish. Medium complexity liquid fruit roll up; very easy drinking. — 5 months ago

A beauty of a wine. After some air it’s fruity, vibrant and the acid is refreshingly delicate — a month ago

2009 cuvée Laurence, what a stunning beautiful wine, so powerful complete, another 10 years easily — 3 months ago
Perfectly ripe black and red fruit. Grippy tannins, but still gives a nice mouthfeel. Not a lot of complexity. Great wine that has a lot of life left. Really enjoyable but hard to see how RP gave it a 100. — 6 months ago

Deep ruby with a hint of purple. Aromas of oak, blackberry, cherry, vanilla, and licorice. The palate offers ripe raspberry, blueberry, and plum, with smoky notes that soften after a 4.5-hour decant. The alcohol is noticeable but more balanced with air. Full-bodied with medium-plus tannins, high acidity, and a smooth, velvety texture. Drinking well now but has good aging potential.
