2015 vintage. 37,5 cl bottle. Golden colour. Intense perfume with caramel, roasted nuts, dried pineapple and orange peel. The idea is a more accessible style of Sauternes that could work as an aperitif, but after 10 years, this has beautifully evolved into something more complex and rich, while refreshing acidity keeps the sweetness in check. Celebrating the Brisbane Lions winning the AFL Grand Final in Melbourne on Saturday afternoon over the Sydney Swans. This champagne was mid yellow in colour with a fine mousse. A fruit driven palate with citrus and peach. I don’t drink a lot of Champagne but this was a real crowd pleaser. Full flavoured with 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir. — 2 years ago

Now just a garbage patch minute I’ve been a wine folly holder and proletariat alcoholic but this wine is from greece it’s got history okay bud.
