Opens up nicely — 4 months ago
Very Lovely! picked this up at Total Wine in late 2024. Were initally a little concerned that cork was dry and broke on opening. Can't recall price but it was probably $20. Perfect for a Sunday supper of ravioli and neatballs. Would definitely buy again. — 9 months ago
Are all of Massa’s timorasso made oxidative? Distinctive just unsure it’s my thing. — 2 months ago
Yum. Bright, acidic with hint of fruit. Fine bubbles. Yum. — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of four days. Best on Day 1 and Day 2 though, still enjoyable on Day 4. Personally, I just think the freshness in day one and two was more redeeming. The 2020 pours a deep ruby color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart and ripe bramble fruit, black cherry, new leather, carnations, dried thyme and subtle baking spices. On the palate, the white is dry, medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose with the addition of a coffee character, more like espresso. The finish his medium+. This is a notable, modern take on Chianti Classico without the DOCG. Drink now through 2030+. Solid with pizza. — 9 months ago

Not sure where I am at with Timorasso but this wine had a lot going on. Fascinating aromatics and crisp and lively on the palate. — 5 months ago
