Adorable bottle and good flavor, especially compared to the other cat-shaped wine bottles. — 2 years ago
Vintage 2015 | true to type Riesling. Beautiful slate minerals in smell, full bodied at first sip, good acidity after swallowing. Personally I prefer the Mosels with sweetness. Why harvest spätlese and Auslese and vinify it ‘trocken’ ? A slightly better when you eat with it, eg some charcuterie. — 3 years ago

Tasted blind. Reddish tawny color. Edges suggest its old. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, iron, roses. Some zing and power in the nose. Slaps your face when tasted. Sappy. Powerful impact. Long finish. Other guesses were in Burgundy land eg Griotte but I went with 90 Rayas. Bingo. — 7 years ago
Creamy, nice texture, fruity, pears and lichie. Love it. — 7 years ago
Vintage 2021 | This cuvée impressed me deeply: refinement and elegance, touches of vanilla and butter. Much better than eg mediocre Meursault. Lovely. Thought it was my first time but delectable shows me it is the third (139 and 501 weeks ago). Tonight it stuck me most. Must put some in the cellar. — a year ago

Sh-t. I mean. This starts inconspicuous but becomes more energetic with each day open. Coiled acid and melting taffy. Aching red fruit; dripping, swirling mineral dust. Subtly sweet, then unexpectedly dry, with a powdery texture. Worthy parallel to eg bandol rose, but even more acid. — 2 years ago

Surprisingly delightful for the price. No acidic taste, fairly sweet but not overpowering. Paired decent with curry@ — 7 years ago
German Pinot Grigio, a dry Pinot Grigio with tart green apple flavors and a nice peach backbone. First Pinot Grigio outta Germany, nice. — 8 years ago
Our first German Riesling, from Mosel. W’s favorite! Recommended from Total Wine. Acidity to us is perfectly balanced by mild to moderate sweetness. Label says mineral notes (slate in the soil here), peach and slight lime. W found is from the Moselland cooperative with winemaker Dominic Meyer. Imported by Winebow in NY, corporate in Va. — 2 years ago
Selfridges - old oak barrel no flavor from barrel allow microoxidation empower it to biscuity broiche like / rich flavor / chardonay + pinot noir. Soak not long enough for color to come thru but get flavor / secondary fermentation with cock / 7 years fermantation for vintage / not too dry / oaky / pair well with sth greasy eg fish and chips, nuggets — 2 years ago
Sött och lätt. Somrig. Passar till dessert. Väldigt gott. — 3 years ago
Beautiful Riesling 👌 — 6 years ago
This is one of the cat bottles. A nice, crisp Riesling with a touch of sweetness. Citrus and Granny Smith apple. Went well with bulgogi. Would definitely drink again. (2017 vintage) — 7 years ago
Vintage 2011 / what a totally different wine #sangiovese can give from one terroir or the other in #tuscany. This #morellinodiscansano is made with 85% sangiovese and 15% cabernet sauvignon and canaiolo. Very different compared with eg chianti. The wine gives beautiful red fruit / cherries when opened, clearly tannins even after 8 y, and a characteristic nice bitterness. It’s not easy, a wine with character. After 4 to 6 hours aeration the wine has softened, shows spicyness. I love this docg/origin especially when it has ripened. — 7 years ago

Guter, spritziger Wein. Bisschen eindimensional beim ersten mundkontakt. Preislich eher teurer — 4 months ago
